4. Enrolment and Account
Enrolment is confirmed upon our acceptance of your application and successful payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided. Sharing access credentials with others is not permitted under a single-user enrolment. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us at [email protected] promptly.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Neuronest programmes for personal learning purposes only. The following are prohibited:
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing programme content to others
- Using programme content for commercial training or instruction without written permission
- Attempting to extract, copy, or reproduce course materials in bulk

All programme content, including but not limited to lesson materials, code examples, datasets, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Neuronest or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal learning during the period of your enrolment.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of any original work you produce as part of programme exercises, provided it does not incorporate substantial portions of our proprietary content.
7. Payment Terms
All programme fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is required before programme access is granted. We accept payment methods confirmed at the time of enrolment.
Refund policy: Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of enrolment and before accessing more than 20% of the programme content. Refunds are not available after this period. For the Mentored Development Programme, refunds are not available once the first mentorship session has taken place. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
8. Course-Specific Terms
- Self-paced courses: Access is provided for 12 months from the date of enrolment. Extensions may be requested in writing and are granted at our discretion
- Mentored Programme: Mentorship sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Missed sessions with less than 24 hours' notice may not be rescheduled
- Completion records: A completion record is issued upon finishing all required course sections. This is a record of participation, not an accredited qualification
- Academic integrity: Submitted exercises should represent your own work. Work submitted for feedback that is substantially not your own is a breach of these terms
9. Disclaimers
Programmes are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure content is accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any programme content.
Completion of a Neuronest programme does not carry any employment assurance, industry accreditation, or professional certification. Learning outcomes depend significantly on the effort and commitment of the individual learner.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Neuronest's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or any programme shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost income or employment opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our programmes.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Neuronest harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of programme content, or your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with your use of our services.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to a programme if you breach these terms. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining access period.
You may cancel your enrolment at any time subject to the refund policy in Section 7. Following cancellation, access to programme content will cease. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 of these terms survive termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
14. General Provisions
